This cake features a smooth and creamy yam milkshake mousse with a rich yam filling. It is layered with a soft purple sweet potato almond sponge and a crunchy Nestum crumble base for added texture. Finished with light vanilla mascarpone Chantilly cream, it offers a gentle balance of flavor—comforting, not too sweet, and perfect for sharing.


以香浓顺滑的芋头牛奶慕斯为主轴,散发出自然醇厚的芋香。内层夹入细腻绵密的芋头奶馅,松软的紫番薯杏仁蛋糕底部铺上一层酥香的麦香饼底,点缀香草马斯卡彭香缇鲜奶油,口感层次丰富而不甜腻。

  • Flat Surface: Ensure the cake is on a level surface at all times.
  • Short Journey (up to 1 hour): Keep AC on high; avoid sun exposure.
  • Longer Journey (over 1 hour): Use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve cake freshness.
  • We do not provide cooler bags with orders, but you could add on from our menu.
